Introduction

When developing a mobile application, one of the first questions we have to answer is For which platform we are going to launch the application? My advice to answer this question is to first analyze our target audience and know what devices they use. Currently the mobile market in Spain is mostly controlled by devices with the Android operating system followed by Apple's iOS. .

From my point of view and as much as they say that your first option has to be to launch an app on iOS because you are going to get more profitability per user, that rarely happens, to say never and this happens because around 80% of the market is of Android. That's why my recommendation is first think of Android and then the rest. But this is when Hybrid Mobile Applications come in !! a phenomenal option to cover any market and above at a lower development cost. Therefore, there are two types of applications, Native and Hybrid.
